• Levo Voices – Custom User Generated Content Platform:
Challenge: Design a platform for any Levo user to be able to create, edit and publish their own content on Levo, allowing them to broadcast to their followers, as well as the entire Levo community. Encourage feedback loops and rewards with commenting, likes and shares.
Action: designed article-creation components for UGC with commenting and reaction/share bar component.
Result: Significant increase in published content on Levo, elevating the voices of Levo contributors and users. Members with permissions can create articles to publish to their network. Syndicated partners can direct their blog content directly to Levo followers through API integration. Product marketing resulting in significant applications to contribute to the Levo Voices platform
• Levo Profile - Levo’s custom, highly visual profile template has been continuously improved since launching in May, 2015. We've added new functionality, collection and template options, starter cards and image libraries, as well as refinements and ongoing improvements to the UX/UI of the platform.
• Invitations - Designed the UX/UI for the invitation flow into profiles, allowing Levo members to tag their network to individual cards on their profile.
• Onboarding and Member Development - Working with product lead, designed onboarding variations and testing opportunities, allowing Levo to identify user personas and deliver a more personalized user experience based on onboarding experience, prototyping sessions and one:one user research.
• Dashboard - Introduced improvements to the user dashboard, adding displays for user statistics, profile completeness, profile views and daily updates.
